Is it a better decision to pursue M.Sc in biotechnology through distance with a job after B.Sc in biotechnology?

It is a good decision. But regular degree will have more value than distance education. While coming to salary also, it differs. If you are interested to do job and also study regular course at same time, you can manage your time in both of them like 4 days job and 2 days college ( if you take these

its up to you . if you're not in a hurry to get a job and earn .. try for regular studies :)

if you're doing it from a recognized university then the value of your pg will be technically the same but recruiters prefer regular candidates .. but that time you also will have work experience so that will be in your favour .. so don't hurry . think and make your own decisions .. I prefer regular
