A valid score in IBPS, help you to get placed in India's leading banking institutions with high salary. There are two type of examinations, Clerical and PO. Better take PO. After clearing IBPS, you will get offer letter from banks to join as Probationary Officer. There will be 1- 2Years probation, after that you will be placed as Officer / Asst.Manager.
You can do bank preparation along with MBA. And if you are interested in banking, better take finance as your specialization at MBA.
