    Yes, MBA is a good choice after B.Tech. You already have technical knowledge, but to move higher up in the organisation managerial skills are also important. Hence, MBA from premiere B-School will be a good exposure of corporate world.

    It depends.
    Many of the engineering graduates realize this during engineering that technical task is not their forte.
    They want a career change.
    With time MBA is proven to be an ultimately successful career change.
    Although, you can opt for other options as well.
    If you are interested in teaching then M.tech is a good option. If you are good at management then MBA is there.
    Also, some path-breaking career choices are there like forensics, designing, Motivator & life Guru, Startup.
