Is it a good choice to learn coding and programming? I am currently pursuing MBA in general.

I think you should take system/IT if you can in 2nd year as it will help you to enter in programming field. Although, most of the companies which come for recruitment on the basis of your graduation because MBA is the only skill to manage.
