AMIE is equivalent to B.Tech. Moreover, if you are an employed person, AMIE would be your better choice.

AMIE is equivalent to B.Tech and is a good option for students who are unable to join formal engineering education due to some personal reasons. It is an accepted qualification for higher studies and jobs.
