Is it a good choice to opt for HR and operations as a dual specialisation in MBA?
Is there any similarity in the job profile for both the specialisations?

It depends upon your interest. To be honest, there is no relevance between two specialisation, you can rather take MBA in HR and Marketing as combination which shall suit you well.
