Is it a good choice to pay 74000 rupees as fee in an A class college for pursuing Bachelor's degree?
Should I opt for a B class college and pay less fee? I just want to get an idea, fee is not a constraint.

It entirely depends on the the facilities you are looking for, evaluate the facilities and if it is worth then invest else go for other options
