Is it a good choice to pursue a designing course after completing tool and die making course from NTTF?

I want my brother to pursue this course.

It totally depend upon the interest of a student. If your brother's interest is in designing. So yes, he can go for designing course. As he is from mechanical background, he should go for product designing or interior design. It is an advice, don't go for fashion or textile design course as tool and
