Is it a good choice to pursue B.Arch from Chandigarh University? Can I pursue M.Arch abroad after completing B.Arch from CU?

Hi Arka, you can check UGC website for recognition of various Indian universities. If Chandigarh University is listed, you can go ahead. Do well in your studies as if you want to study in a good university abroad then they will look for your academic performance.

Yes, it's a good choice for B.Arch from CU but NATA should be cleared and you will be eligible for M.Arch from abroad.
