Is it a good choice to pursue B.Sc in agriculture? If no, which course should I pursue?
I don't want to opt for a course related to medical field.

It is certainly a good choice. But, work hard for some years for an excellent career. Many Science Subjects do need research for a recognition and you may need to do some paper publications also.
