Is it a good choice to pursue B.Tech from LPU? Which branch of engineering has a better scope, CSE or aeronautical engineering?

    Dear Armaan, It all depends upon your interest. No stream is good or bad. Your interest does so. Let me brief:
    LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, IBSs, etc. LPU provides the latest curriculum which is accepted at industry level, industrial exposures and the best placement depending upon the caliber of the student. B.Tech -CSE from LPU provides wonderful experience and handsome salary packages.   • Armaan, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, IBSs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students.
    Placements in LPU are very good but CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies like Amazon, Adobe, etc with few opting for higher studies. Packages offered to our students are as high as 20 LPA. Check the link below

    LPU is a premier university of India with top placements. Well, as my cousin did B.Tech from here and she got placed in cognizant with good salary package. So, I can give you the insight of LPU that. Why it is the best for CSE.
    1) In LPU, the faculty, infrastructure and facilities are excellent as IITs.
    2) In LPU, due to tie ups with 700+ leading companies such as SAP, Cognizant, Microsoft, BOSCH, CISCO, GOOGLE etc. , the syllabus of courses are vetted and inspected by these company professionals in the beginning of every semester for earlier placement preparations.

    Yes, it is a good college but you will face a little problem during the placement time because very few candidates are selected for it. Join it on your own responsibility.

    LPU offers good placements irrespective of branch, it is excellent for all branches of LPU. Choice of any branch solely depends upon your area of interest. LPU sets the record of the highest Engineering Placements in North India for Three consecutive years. LPU strikes deals with Google, SAP, Bosch etc. To offer free industry training to students!

    Aeronautical engineering: Future in Designing, making, and support for aircraft. Reasons:- DRDO, HAL, BEL and BHEL only a few companies working in this field.
