    During NIT Silchar placements 2022, the highest package and average package offered were INR 44 LPA. The highest package was offered by Amazon. Moreover, the average package offered during NIT Silchar B.Tech CSE and ECE placements 2022 stood at INR 14.90 LPA and INR 12.27 LPA, respectively. Also, The institute has been ranked 38 by NIRF 2022 in Engineering category.
