The scope of Biotechnology is wide and offers opportunities in the field of both research and engineering. If you are looking for best university for B.Sc. In biotechnology course, I would say Lovely professional University is best university. I think considering LPU for pursuing your B.Tech in biotechnology is a good choice. I am also doing B.Tech in CSE from LPU. So basically I can guide you as student who took a decision of joining LPU and now happy with it. I can give you unbiased reviews about the facilities provided and placements. After reading the complete question and analyzing it, I got to know that you are more curious to know about the placements in LPU. I will tell you some points that I liked the most about this college regarding placement assistance : 1. From your first year onwards you are provide with a subject I. e soft skills which basically works on students communication skills and overall personal development of the students. I think this is very good as students get prepared by this for their placement interviews. 2. Other than this mock drive are also conducted for the students in their first year so that students gets familiar with the environment of placement interviews. These mock drive help them to know the mistakes of students that they should not do in their real interviews. 3. Other than this, placement for biotechnology branch is good and every faculty is very helpful. 4. The placement cell of the university is very much active and every year new and big companies come for placements with a high packages.
