Is it a good choice to pursue B.Tech in CSE from DU?

Delhi University doesn't provide CSE. You can search various other courses from DU and for B.Tech you can go for other colleges such as DTU, IIT JAYPEE, HBTI, etc.

I have given JEE Mains 2018, this year but don't qualified. What will I do now? I don't want to drop a year.
