Computer Science is a good career option. If you know programming and enjoy it, then you must take it as a profession. You are advised to do B.Tech CSE from a good college. CSE is the best engineering, but I will suggest that you choose the branch according to your interest. If you are interested in programming languages then opt for CSE.

Yes it is but only if you are interested in it. CSE is one of the best branches in B.Tech.
