Hi Yash,
UTM, Shillong indeed is a good choice to pursue B.Tech in electrical engineering. Let me inform you that UTM is none other than the campus of MIT Pune itself and you cannot get such industry exposure in any other university. They have a very well designed curriculum for electrical engineer
