Is it a good choice to pursue BBA followed by MBA after completing class 12th with PCM? Will I be able to understand the concepts?

As you are from PCM background, yes, it will be bit difficult to to understand the subjects initially. But subjects of BBA and MBA at later stages are not that difficult as you will find these subjects easily to relate with real world.
