Yes. Try to get admission in reputed stand alone hospitality management institutions. If you are looking for Bachelor courses, you have two options.
1. Bachelor of Hotel Management and 2. B.Sc in Catering Science & Hotel Management. The duration of BHM is 4 Years and B.Sc is 3 Years. BHM is more professional degree than B.Sc CSHM.
For getting better job, you should have minimum experience in Star Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts,Airline and Ships. Strong english communication skill is essential for job in abroad.

If the private college is affiliated by UGC, then there is no harm in doing hotel management from that college. But from my experience you should go for B.Voc Degree in Hotel Management. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at The Hotel School (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at leading star category hotels in Delhi and Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
