Is it a good choice to pursue hotel management course from a private institution? Can I get a good job after completing my course?

    Yes. Try to get admission in reputed stand alone hospitality management institutions. If you are looking for Bachelor courses, you have two options.
    1. Bachelor of Hotel Management and 2. B.Sc in Catering Science & Hotel Management. The duration of BHM is 4 Years and B.Sc is 3 Years. BHM is more professional degree than B.Sc CSHM.
    For getting better job, you should have minimum experience in Star Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts,Airline and Ships. Strong english communication skill is essential for job in abroad.

    If the private college is affiliated by UGC, then there is no harm in doing hotel management from that college. But from my experience you should go for B.Voc Degree in Hotel Management. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at The Hotel School (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at leading star category hotels in Delhi and Haldwani, Uttarakhand.     The Private Institutions are getting more and more respected, as we find the trend these days. We find no reason to doubt the value of Hotel Management course, from the Private Institutions. They are highly competitive and they are showing more infrastructure.

    Yes it is a good choice to pursue hotel management course from a private institution and definitely you can l get a good job after completing your course but be very focused at the time of learning your course as at last knowledge and skills matter.

    Yes, it's a good choice to pursue your career in the field of hotel management. A number of opportunities are available in this course like food production, airlines operation, travel agency & tourism, food and beverages services, etc. You can do Diploma, Bachelor's degree or to become an expert you can do Masters also.
    Hotel management is not limited to hotel, multiple options are available. Few are Hotel management, Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality, Tourism and Hospitality, Airline cabin crew and Hospitality.
