Is it a good choice to pursue M.Sc in IT or MBA in IT from SMU?

I have been working as a software engineer from past 3 years. But I don't have any technical degree, I've done B.Sc in animation (Still regretting). But whenever I switch companies and they ask me for my highest qualification I feel bad.

Dear Chetan, Go for M.Sc in IT, that may be helpful to you for your career. Do not switch company immediately until you get a good option because the present company provides you a good opportunity. Do not leave it, later after completion of your M.Sc, you may try to shift. All the best.
