Is it a good choice to pursue Masters in operation management after doing B.Com? How are the job opportunities in the operations field?
I am doing my PGDM in AIMA.

Majority of jobs in Operations Management in manufacturing sectors are for engineering graduates. If you specialise in Operations Management then you may get jobs in services sector such as retail, BPO, KPO etc because of your educational qualifications.
