An MBA is only worth the expense, time, and effort when the graduate plans to work in a business-related field, in management, or as a company founder. Yes, this is good. If you want to do MBA then choose MBA in IT because you have IT background which will help you to get a job. But, however it is advisable that you go with M.Sc. in CS rather than MBA. Now, it all depends on your interest.
