Is it a good choice to pursue MBA after completing B.Sc in CS?

An MBA is only worth the expense, time, and effort when the graduate plans to work in a business-related field, in management, or as a company founder. An MBA may not be useful for those working in other industries unless they are in management or leadership roles.The MBA is much more than a degree

Yes, this is good. If you want to do MBA then choose MBA in IT because you have IT background which will help you to get a job.
But, however it is advisable that you go with M.Sc. in CS rather than MBA. Now, it all depends on your interest.
