Is it a good choice to pursue MBA after gaining 2 years of work experience as I have completed B.Com?
Should I continue my global accounting coaching or pursue MBA now? I am an average student. Now, I am doing global accounting coaching to get a good job in an MNC.

It is a wise choice, I should say. You are taking work experience, and then planning for MBA. It is a very good idea that will help you to know first about the corporate work. And, after that, it would make sense to do MBA.
