Is it a good choice to pursue MBA after working in a software company for few months?

I am working in a software company. I have filled 14 months bond.

Your work experience will help you in moving ahead in your field. If you are opting for regular MBA, then it is fine. If you pursue MBA through distance, you will get benefitted in future. After MBA, there will be lots of promotions and you will get a good salary hike.
