Is it a good choice to pursue MBA in health care management from Ireland? Should I join ICRI or Symbiosis?

I am not sure if Ireland has any MBA programmes in health care management, they do have Masters in healthcare management. Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland is a top ranked one and offers M.Sc healthcare management which you can consider over ICRI or Symbiosis.
