As per my understanding, MBA in Human Resources is a very demanding profession and the demand is likely to increase over time. The basic reason for this is, personnel are the most important part of any organisation, therefore management of the personnel is the most important task to be focused on. MBA in HR is definitely a good course if you have interest, aptitude, good interpersonal skills along with good business acumen. Pay wise also, HRs are well paid at par with other professionals. However, both the institutes are not good neither for MBA nor for HR. You should take a drop and focus in TISS (average package 18 Lacs P.A), SCMHRD i.e. Symbiosis, XLRI, etc.
If you do it from SRM or Amity, you may not get quality and the average package will be around 4 Lacs.

Direct/Management quota (increased fee)

Scholarships depend on the VITEEE ranking / board marks (unlimited)
