Yes, if you don't want to leave your job, if you have good salary package then you should not take risk to leave your job. You can pursue MBA from distance. -
For a working professional who is not willing to take a risk of financial loss of not getting monthly salary to pursue full time MBA, the option of part time/distance/executive MBA from top ranked colleges is a good option.The said option should be exercised in pursuing MBA in a domain in which he/she is working or intends to pursue a long term career in.
