As per my personal experience after B.Sc you can go for MCA, but according to my view, if you have in your graduation subject, then you have to pursue that one like you have to do Masters in that subject, but MCA is not a bad option. MCA is a good option for B.Sc graduates because it is career oriented degree course. There are still lot of good career opportunities for MCA graduates.

M.Sc CS is a similar option for a career in IT industry as MCA. M.Sc graduates are preferred for system programming and MCA for apps programming.
