Is it a good choice to pursue MS in CSE abroad?
I have completed B.Tech in electrical engineering.

Hi,
It is a good choice if you make it through a well known highly ranked university. Otherwise, IITs are world known. A good university will give you the opportunity and better access to research facilities and global exposure.
