Which are the best colleges in Australia to pursue Master's degree? I scored 297 marks in GRE and 81 marks in TOEFL exam.

Yes, but you haven't mentioned the subject and your grades. GRE is not required by the way. University of Melbourne, Sydney, MONASH and Australian National University are well known.
