Hello! There is ideally no need to pursue a PGDM course after completing your MBA. Generally, people prefer a PhD or executive MBA after finishing their regular MBA. In India, both PGDM and MBA mean almost the same.

I would like to join PGDM after MBA if I do not find the best opportunity. Is it is possible to join PGDM after MBA?
