No, ISM is not a good college for doing PGDM. Reviews are poor and placements too. It's better you go for some other colleges of similar level or better.

ISM, Patna was established in 2010, so it's basically a new college with no placement and internship opportunities. Better to save your time and money by opting for some other college.

You can get into the BTech courses offered by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad through JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains isn't enough. One must clear JEE Advanced to get into any of the IITs. The same applies to the IIT Dhanbad admissions as well. To summarise:
