Is it a good choice to pursue SAP? Will it help me with the customer service?
I completed BBA in HR last year. Now, I am working as a customer service representative in Aon Hewitt. I am planning to change my field too.

SAP HR will be a value added additional qualification for you as an HR executive. You can become SAP HR consultant after gaining few years of experience. SAP HR consultant get high salaries across the globe.
