Is it a good choice to spend 2 years for MBBS coaching? Should I opt for some other course?

I have a friend who has repeated 3 years for MBBS but still not got the admission, but still he is repeating it for the 4th time. If you have dreamed of being MBBS, then don't give up, but yes change the way you study, don't follow the old pattern, which you were using from two years.
