Welingkar does not offer dual specialisation. It's a decent college overall.

Yes its reasonably good for pursuing MBA in finance specialisation. The faculty and packages are decent. As far as dual degree is concerned I have no idea about it. Will get back to you on the same.

Yes, Weschool is pretty good for Finance with experienced and helpful faculty. Also being in the financial hub gives it an edge. 2016 saw a huge change with many people opting for finance in MMS, which was other way last year.
