Top institutes for MBA in HR are TISS, XLRI and IIMs. Yes it is a good decision to opt for HR. If you have prior experience of working with NGOs or any other social activities than TISS is the best institute. Other known institutes are XLRI, SCMHRD, MDI, IIM-Kolkata, SIBM and XISS. You can check on
