Is it a good decision to pursue diploma and then B.Tech or not as I am interested in radiology?

I am going to complete my class 10th.

No I think u should first go for 10+2 and then make decision...

i think you should go for diploma. and after getting job you can do B.Tech while doing this you can save your 3 years.
