Is it a good decision to write GRE and TOEFL now at the end of fall 2017?

I know its too late but want to apply for MS in ECE.

Hi Damana, Since you know its late you should be searching for universities having deadlines and prepare your application without more delay. You may find options till Nov or Dec.
