Is it a good idea to apply for improvement exams after I drop a year as I only got 63-65%? What are its disadvantages?

    The most important is that what is your target. If you are planning to go for JEE Mains than atleast 75% is required in Intermediate to get the IIT ot NIT. If you are planning to join B.Sc. Or any traditional course where % go high than you can drop a year. Good Luck.
