Is it a good idea to do CCNA + CCNP or CCNA + MCSE certification courses together?

No, it is not good idea Because both are different certification course. As far as I know you should do CCNA + CCNP. You get training form Koenig Solutions.

CCNA + CCNP will yield better results for you as compared to CCNA + MCSE.
