Is it a good idea to do MBA after B.Tech?

It is common dilemma faced by engineering graduates whether to go for MBA or not immediately on completion of engineering degree. If you are not technically inclined then you can opt for MBA on completion of engineering graduation degree and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider and management graduates get better salaries.
However, if you are technically inclined you may opt for M.Tech or job. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist.
