You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies.

CS is a distance learning course you may just have to take tuition of few subjects.
well if you want to drop this year just for CS i would suggest you to prepare for CAT or any other competitive exams also, it will open new doors for your career.
