You mean armed forces or different companies. If it's later, then it is like any other company. However, if it is former, then it's a different ball game altogether.

The three wings of armed forces, Army, Navy & Aur Force, have a website each exclusively meant for information about how to join. Just Google & you will know all details. It's pretty long hence I can't write.
