Yes, you can pursue PG Diploma in banking after completing B.Com.
To get into Banking sector, the eligibility criteria required for Exams is Graduation. So, after completing B.Com, you can apply for Banking Exams like: IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, IBPS RRB, etc.

Why not. If you want to make your career in banking sector then PGDB is good option after B.com. Go for it.
