Is it a good idea to pursue a regular (full-time) MBA for a person with 3 years IT experience?
The reason for me to do a MBA is career stagnancy.

It is an excellent choice to do MBA after 3 years IT experience as it will provide you career switch option and growth opportunities. You are advised to do MBA from any of top B-Schools given in following link;
