Is it a good idea to pursue BBA from France?

I am currently attempting my class 12th supplementary exam of maths. Also, I got 80 in economics and 58 marks in commerce. Can you suggest some places from where I can do it under a budget of 7-8 Lacs including hostel charges within 3-years?
