Is it a good idea to pursue CSE from a newly established university?
The university is new but the group to which it belongs to is one of the largest in Eastern India?

If the group is already renowned, than there are chances. They will maintain the same standard, but still before taking admission, enquire about faculty, affiliation, etc. because standard changes with geography.
