Is it a good idea to pursue E-MBA? I have 2-years of experience in retail operations and have completed my MBA in 2015.

Since you have already completed your MBA, I do not think that doing E-MBA would be of any additional benefit to you. What you require right now is a good work experience to further your career. -
You have already completed your MBA and you too have 5years of work ex then why you want to go for another MBA degree. As per me, its a waste of money. With your current degree you can get the good job.
