Is it a good idea to pursue E-MBA? I have 2-years of experience in retail operations and have completed my MBA in 2015.

Since you have already completed your MBA, I do not think that doing E-MBA would be of any additional benefit to you. What you require right now is a good work experience to further your career.

You have already completed your MBA and you too have 5years of work ex then why you want to go for another MBA degree. As per me, its a waste of money. With your current degree you can get the good job.
