    Hi,
The value of your degree will be more if you pursue your Masters in your field. Thus, i would suggest you to do Masters in electrical and electronics field. It doesn't make any sense to pursue B.Tech and M.Tech in different fields.

It totally depends on you. But, if you will pursue your M.Tech in electrical or electronics, it will be good. But if you are interested in some like mechanical things, you have option of Mechatronics.
You can also go for instrumentation which is also good option.

No, this is not a good decision because you are an electrical and electronics engineer and you must pursue a Masters course in your field.

It depends on you. If you think, you are capable enough to handle the knowledge of the streams, then you can opt for Masters in automobile engineering.
