Is it a good idea to pursue MSc in Computer Science from Malaysia? Is getting an IT job over there after post graduation difficult?

I have a BE degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I have 1+ year of experinece in IT industry and curently working as a Senior Software Engineer in bangalore? Is pursuing higher studies in malaysia and getting a job there is a bad idea? I would like to settle down there after post grad.
